G Baj's Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

By using the G Baj website and application, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using G Baj.

G Baj is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We are committed to providing all users with a transparent and fair service. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between G Baj and the user.

G Baj reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register an account with G Baj, you must meet the following conditions. G Baj reserves the right to close any account that does not comply.

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be terminated.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• G Baj cannot be accessed from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

G Baj complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.

One of the following documents will be required for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Passport — a clear photo of the information page
• Driving License — photos of both sides

A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months may also be required for address verification. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is completed. G Baj aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours.

Financial transactions on G Baj are simple and secure. We support Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• G Baj only accepts payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

G Baj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements. Please read the specific conditions of any bonus carefully before claiming it.

• Withdrawing a bonus typically requires completing 5x to 30x wagering — the exact requirement is specified in each individual offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus abuse — particularly claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• G Baj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Please review the following rules before placing any bets on G Baj. These rules apply across all sports and gaming categories.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the "Cash Out" feature is available.
• G Baj reserves the right to void any bet placed with odds affected by a technical error.
• If a match or event is fully cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered final.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of advance insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
• G Baj reserves the right to set maximum winnings limits, which may vary across different games and markets.
• Exploiting G Baj's odds engine to place bets for guaranteed profit (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the G Baj platform. Violating any of these will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using G Baj for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the G Baj platform.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Deliberately abusing the G Baj bonus system.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled first, after which your remaining balance will be returned.

G Baj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• For violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

G Baj will generally notify users via email or on the platform before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

G Baj believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all players to enjoy it within their means. The following responsible gaming tools are available on G Baj:

The G Baj platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but certain factors are outside G Baj's control.

• G Baj is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection, power outages, or other technical issues beyond our control.
• G Baj is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• G Baj is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence or password theft.
• In the event of an issue caused by G Baj, any compensation will be limited to the balance held in the affected account at the time.

G Baj may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and a notice will be sent to your registered email.

For significant changes, at least 14 days' notice will be given before they take effect. Minor changes may take effect immediately.
